KOMEYAKATA GUEST HOUSE
by native Yamagatan and Englishman couple
“KOMEYAKATA GUEST HOUSE” is managed by a rice shop and farming family. The farm has been growing produce for more than 100 years. You can help farming or harvesting in the fields between spring to fall.
The guest house is decorated with antiques. We have a cafe space with tatami area where you can relax. No meals are served, so visit the local restaurants for meals! We are a great base for leisure activities, and are popular with foreign guests.
There’s an unmanned vegetable stall on the grounds, and a rice polishing room indoors. You’ll find delicious rice and vegetables here!
Our unique guest house is packed with wonderful attractions.
A Yamagatan and Englishman couple are your hosts.
It's become a tradition for guests to make a "K" when taking a commemorative photo. We can introduce you nearby tourist spots and leisure spots. Feel free to ask us!
